Transport to and from STS

The Airport has several ground transportation options for transport to and from the Airport and beyond. 

This map provides an overview guide on where to find on-site car rental agencies, where to pick up a hotel shuttle, public transportation bus, airport transit service, or where to pick up a taxicab or ride share phone app service – such as Lyft.

Pick-ups and Drop-offs

The passenger pick-up and drop-off loading zone is located at the curb directly in front of the Terminal. This area is intended for quick pick-up/drop-off. Unattended vehicles in this loading zone will be cited.

Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit

PLEASE NOTE: The SMART station is located one mile from the Airport, on the corner of on Airport Blvd and Regional Pkwy. We highly recommend arranging for Lyft or Taxi service to/from the station, particularly if you have luggage to carry, or are physically unable to walk the distance to/from the Airport.

Weekdays only, Sonoma County Transit (SCT) offers LIMITED transit to/from the SMART station located at the corner of Airport Boulevard and Regional Parkway. For a complete SCT schedule, please visit sctransit.com.

SCT also provides LIMITED free express bus service for SMART riders from each of the planned Cloverdale, Healdsburg and Windsor stations to the Sonoma County Airport station. Mendocino Transit also has routes serving the area.
