I’ve lost something in line going through security. What should I do?

Security screening at the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport is handled by the Trinity Technology Group. TSA contracts with and monitors Trinity’s operations. Trinity follows regulations and procedures required by TSA.

Passengers who believe they have lost an item going through the security checkpoint should call (888) 431-2685 or visit www.passengersfirst.com where they can file claims or complaints for their lost items.
