The Ninety-Nines promote world fellowship through flying, scholarship opportunities for women, aviation education in the community and the preservation of the unique history of women in aviation. The Santa Rosa Chapter sponsors FAA safety programs and aviation education with Expanding Your Horizons. We identify airports by painting names on runways. We promote the upgrading of pilot skills and proficiency by hosting an Airplane Proficiency Excursion every year. We offer scholarships for advanced flight training to women pursuing careers in aviation.
