Art at the Airport

Peanuts statues in front of the Airport

Peanuts, by Charles M. Schulz

Outside the terminal visitors and passengers are greeted by a plethora of Peanuts that include Lucy, Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Linus. Inside the public area of the remodeled terminal, large Peanuts graphics are on view. A small collection of clever and amusing Peanuts comic strips are on display where travelers wait to board their flights. Created by Charles M. Schulz, the reproductions feature Snoopy as the Flying Ace as he experiences exciting adventures in his pursuit of the Red Baron.

The Airport is grateful to the Schulz family who generously dontated the comic strips for the public's enjoyment. To see many original works and other fascinating displays, visit the Charles M. Schulz Museum at 2301 Hardies Lane in Santa Rosa.
